If you are coming from a long distance, please call ahead to make sure I am there.

I work in several locations, so even if the store is closed I'm probably still available by phone so feel free to try. If I don't answer just leave a message.

If you have access to email I seem to be able to respond to them quicker due to the fact that by the time I get my messages it's sometimes too early or too late to make phone calls. Working in different time zones also seems to make this worse.

I read and reply to all of my e-mails early each morning.

If you have a mail blocker you will need to turn it off. I have answered numerous emails only to have them automatically bounced back to me redirecting me to a verification site. I don't have the time for this.
