The store is now closed due to the recent fire in the building, but I am still in business. The phone number is still the same. Until I locate a new place I will be working from my other shop which is located on my own property which is also in Medford only about 10 minutes from my old store location.

Clocks needing repair can be dropped off by appointment, or I will make arrangements to pick them up and then deliver once repaired.

If you have access to email I seem to be able to respond to them quicker due to the fact that by the time I get my messages it's sometimes too early or too late to make phone calls. Working with customers in different time zones also seems to make this worse.

I read and reply to all of my e-mails early each morning.

If you have a mail blocker you will need to turn it off. I have answered numerous emails only to have them automatically bounced back to me redirecting me to a verification site. I don't have the time for this.
